About Me
Sue has used Pilates religiously every day after giving birth to each of her 3 kids and it helped her to build an even better and stronger body each time.
Not to mention the sense of control and calmness it brings her mentally in a chaotic house with 3 kids, a husband and 2 fur babies.
She is 100% dedicated to getting her clients results and is always learning and upgrading her qualifications and learning from the highest regarded mentors in the industry.
Pilates Qualifications:
October 2006 – Cert IV in Pilates Instruction
November 2009 – Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction
February 2014 – Advanced Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction

What makes Pilates on Flinders different?
At Pilates On Flinders, we believe in teaching the Pilates Method the way it was originally intended by Joseph Pilates himself -small groups only and personalised workouts rather than a “one size fits all” approach. This way you will reach your goals much quicker and ensure you are using the correct technique to avoid potential injury.
No matter your age, fitness level, and regardless of your current ailments or injuries my classes can cater for you. The great thing is that you do not have to worry about keeping up with others in your class because you are an individual and so should your workouts be.


Some have general aches and pains that they want help with, some are looking to rehabilitate an ongoing condition or injury like a bulging disc or scoliosis, others are new Mum’s needing help with the “Mum pooch” and poor posture and aching back and shoulders.
Many clients I have in my studio today have been with me since I opened in Taylors Hill 10 years ago due to the huge benefit to their bodies and their minds that their Pilates practise gives them.
